Getting started is simple. Reach out through the “Lets Connect” form to get scheduled with your free 30 min consultation. After that, you will choose your package, you’ll receive a your onboarding link with your contract and intake questionnaire. After reviewing your intake form, I will get started on your personalized Sleep Plan. We will review everything together in detail, and then start implementing your plan with ongoing support.
