In-home Postpartum Support
-
Personsalized, hands-on postpartum care for families who want calm, experienced support during the newborn season.
I work with a very small number of clients at a time, offering thoughtful, high-touch care that helps you rest, recover, and feel confident with your baby.
Support may include:
newborn care and education
feeding and gentle sleep shaping
emotional support for parents
light household reset
daytime visits or occasional overnights
flexible scheduling based on availability
Because my schedule is intentionally limited, placements are selective and customized to each family.
Custom packages starting at $1200
Childbirth Education
I currently teach the Birth and Beyond method—which is a well rounded, inclusive curriculum that covers mental, emotional and physiological knowledge. It is everything I needed before having my own daughter. I highly recommend every birthing person take a childbirth education course or workshop of choice. These courses cover more topics than you can think of from what to expect during pregnancy, labor + birth, newborn to postpartum. I make sure you leave feeling fully prepared to take it all on when you walk out the door. Smaller workshops + private classes are also available.
Pediatric Sleep Consultant
As your baby grows, sleep often becomes the next place families look for clarity and support. What once felt intuitive can suddenly feel uncertain. Having gentle, experienced guidance can make all the difference. My sleep consulting services are designed to help you create healthy sleep habits, consistent routines, and a rhythm that works for you, your child and your home. With personalized plans and ongoing support, you’ll have a clear path forward and the confidence to support your child’s sleep in a way that feels right for your family.
